Here we run Power kickboxing – Striking based MMA – and Alpha jnr classes with an emphasis on the young students personal growth and development.

One to One coaching and private classes are also available which can include use of the gym facilities whether it be Martial Arts – weight work – strength&conditioning – cardiovascular improvement we truly have it all covered for you.

ALNWICK was voted one of the most wonderful towns to live in, the home of the famous ‘Barter Books’ a converted train station which now sells second hand books and some of the best food coffee and cookies around!

Of course Alnwick also houses the iconic ‘Alnwick Gardens and Castle’ which hosts visitors from around the world for its history , beauty

The town itself is certainly worth a visit after a workout – we should also mention the amazing small town of Alnmouth just a 10 minute drive away. TEAM ALOHA often makes use of the massive beach facility here for coaching training and perhaps an occasional ‘Wim Hoff’ cold water swim and breath technique🐺
