‘Real world fitness health and longevity’

My current project is to bring my personal experience knowledge and expertise with 31 years of consistent application to my craft of what I call  ‘Real world Fitness’ to the public domain :

I have named this ‘PROJECT 40-50’

As we begin to age it may well be the case that our bodies and minds change and adapt to the ageing process often in negative ways. A good example of this is the claim (and documented medically) that our testosterone and Growth hormone levels reduce and as such has a negative effect on our mind body and spirit.

As true as this may be I absolutely know as fact that our unnecessary focus on this certainly does not help us to grow and become our best selves within this 40-50 age demographic.

Let’s throw this out right now.

Do we really need to look at studies that degenerate our progression before we even begin? I don’t think so.

My workout frequency intensity and structure.

-The food I choose to prepare and consume

-The supplements I research and diligently take

-My ability to meditate and utilise cold water treatments and breathing

-Accepting responsibility and moving through difficult times

-What I watch and listen to.

-The books I read and the information I expose myself to

By correctly applying these principles and techniques we can begin to in a sense ‘reverse’ the ageing process and begin to make positive and consistent changes on our body mind and spirts …

This is in essence what the project will be about ….
